Compare and contrast the body's physiological responses to aerobic training and anaerobic training. What adaptations must the body undergo if either of the training protocols are performed exclusively for over a year? How will an understanding of aerobic and anaerobic training help you in your future training endeavors?

Some of the major things that will be different when it comes to the different exercises.

First would be the stress on the heart.

Aerobic training is less intense on the heart and the anaerobic training is the harder training.

Aerobic training will make use of energy from a more natural source of power but the anaerobic training which is much more intense and hence it requires much more of a high levels of food intake and energy for the toning of muscles.
