he was an uneducated person but he know how to write a letter. once the hailstorm had destroyed his crop, the hailstorm destroyed in this way that lancho said that the plague of loactus will leave more . so he decided to write a letter addressing god and demand 100 pesos for keep living this year . he had believe in postmaster that they helped him he addressed him bunch of crooks .
the postmaster show act of charity and humanity by helping the lancho , he had given his part of salary . and with the help his officemate , he collected 75 pesos and send it to lancho.
