in the organised sector workers have a lot of facilities.... 1.they have fix days of work and better wages

2.they have given holidays

3.there is no overtime

4.their jobs are fixed

5.they are under govt control... example is jd birla, tata

,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,but in the unorganized sector workers have no paid holidays, even sometimes they have to work overtime, jobs are not fixed, working conditions are bad, fear of job loss............. any person or group of people own this sector ,example is dhaba, labourers

The employment conditions prevailing in the organised and unorganised sectors are vastly different. ... it offers Job security, paid holidays, pensions, health and other benefits, fixed working house and extra pay for overtime work. On the other hand, the unorganised sector is a host of opposites.
