UAE is inhabited in the dried tropical zone stretching beyond Asia and northern Africa, therefore supports inadequate periodical vegetation only & the seaside region support Mangrove forests.

UAE has both original and farmed mangroves which, contribute a rich natural environment and safe breeding territory for various fish varieties.    

India lies in a tropical country, therefore, maintains the following type of forests such as Tropical Deciduous Forests, Tropical Thorn Forests, Tropical Rain Forest and Scrubs,  Mangrove Forests  & Montane Forests:

In India, 23.7% of the area is comprised of forests and separate forest committee is instituted for its conservation and preservation of various type of forests.
