Women were given much more importance in Nazi Germany (according to Hitler) than in France. Even after the revolution, women were denied voting freedom for a long time. In Nazi Germany, women were considered radically different from men and they were punished if they gave birth to children who were considered indesirable by Nazi (Jews, handicapped, and everyone else of non-Aryan blood). In France women had taken part in the revolution and fought for their right, although all in vain. They did not get the right to vote until 1946 (almost 260 years since the revolution)

Note: Most of the situations in both Germany and France were same although under Nazi Germany women from the Aryan caste were treated better than common women in France (in late 1700s). Both situations were simply said, the same.
