Answer:

There are 3 types of plate boundaries

1 convergent boundary

2 divergent boundary

3 Transform boundary

similarities are all are cause the uneven surface of earth by forming mountains & mid oceanic ridges.

1) convergent plate boundary means two plates come closer heavy plate subduct under lighter plate to form mountains.

example --Himalayas formed due to convergent of Indian plate & Eurasian plate.

2) divergent plate boundary means two plates moving away from each other's they form the mid oceanic ridges ex-- Atlantic Ocean ridge

3) transform plate boundary means two plates slightly pass each other's.

like it if it helped you...!!

Concept introduction:

A plate boundary is a lobed layer or zone where the velocity (speed or direction) of one lithospheric plate in relation to the next lithospheric plate changes significantly.

Explanation:

We have to compare and contrast the three different type of plate boundaries that are show in the picture below.

A question regarding plate boundaries has been given to us.

Three different types of plate boundaries exist.

1. convergent boundary

2. divergent boundary

3. Transform boundary

3 different types of plate boundaries exist.

1. convergent boundary

2. divergent boundary

3. Transform boundary

Similarities in all of them result in mountains and mid-ocean ridges, which are what cause the earth's surface to be uneven.

1) When two plates converge, the heavier plate subducts under the lighter plate, creating mountains.

As an illustration, the Himalayas were created when the Indian and Eurasian plates converged.

2) Divergent plate boundaries refer to two plates that are migrating apart and creating mid-oceanic ridges, such as the Atlantic Ocean Ridge.

3) A transform plate boundary occurs when two plates just barely touch.

Final answer:

So, we have written the answer of the question and compare the three plane and this is our final answer also.
