In organised sector the work is regular while in unorganised sector work is irregular.
Workers in organised sector enjoy security of enjoyment while workers in unorganised sector do not.
If workers in organised sector work more they have to be paid overtime by the employer while in unorganized sector there is no provision for overtime.
In organised sector workers get paid leave,payment during holidays,provident fund,gratuity etc while workers in unorganized sector do not get.
Workers in organised sector get medical facilities while workers in unorganised sector do not.
