compare and contrast two friends,Peggy and Maddie? why couldn't Maddie stop Peggy from teasing wanda?​

Both Peggy and Maddie were 'making fun' of her regarding Wanda. Maggie did not like Wanda being teased but she could not stop Peggy from doing that because she was afraid that her best friend would tease and make fun of her.
