Ali -» Ali is a hunter and he is a lovingly father as he goes to the post office daily to get a letter from his daughter Miriam as she had been living with his husband in Punjab. Ali nature is good .



Postmaster -» He is rude and arrogant and he does not thinks about the feelings of Ali and Postmaster says Ali a madman . In the end of story , when same situation of Ali comes with Postmaster . The nature of postmaster also changes and he becomes good .
