In case of Kerala floods, some sick elements in Kerala threw muck on North Indians, launched a vicious campaign against Modi and RSS (who were the first to arrive on the scene), created a ruckus over that imaginary foreign aid and in short, were miserably ungrateful.Chennai floods affects only 3 to 4 districts of tamilnadu but kerala flood affects 12 districts in kerala.
