Endogenic forces are internal forces acting below the surface of the earth whereas Endogenic forces are external forces acting on the surface of the earth.  Examples are Earthquakes and Volcanoes.  Endogenic forces are constructive in nature creating new landforms whereas Exogenic forces are destructive in nature destroying created landforms.  Examples are winds, rivers and glaciers.
