Explanation:

Internal self-awareness means we can clearly see our own values, passions, thoughts, feelings and emotions. External self-awareness is clearly seeing how others see us. ... These are people who not only believe they are self-aware, but other people who know them would agree.

Inner and outer mindfulness are both basic to working as a pioneer and building solid connections.

External and internal self-awareness

  • Inner awareness is the way we see our qualities, considerations, and feelings. To foster this, create some distance from asking who to rather asking what. Rather than Why did I express that to my colleague?, ask, What made me express that to my colleague? You can't necessarily in all cases excuse the why however you can constantly make sense of the what.
  • Then again, external self-awareness is the way we are seen by others. To rehearse this, establish an open and safe climate where colleagues and companions can be straightforward with you. Basic input eventually assists you with improving, so energize it.
  • Inner and outer mindfulness are both basic to working as a pioneer and building solid connections.
