In our grand parents times they eating food are traditional items for example Kambu, ragi, cholam etc. next in our parents time it lightly changed
and it will come varaties. next in our stage we eat fast food like Maggie, noodles, etc but it is danger to our health. but in our grandparents times it was healthy food that time people live long years like 90 to 100 years. but this in our time it is unhealthy food and this time people live less years like more than 60 to 70 years only. so we eat our grandparents food and live healthier, happy and live long years.
