ionisation energy is the energy required to bring out outer most electron from last subshell
Here N has less ionisation enthalpy coz...when its electron is bring out...it would be first ionisation enthalpy is less than N+ which would now have second ionisation enthalpy and we know that...the more closer the electron the more the ionisation enthalphy needed to bring it out
