junk food is very bad for our healthcare it is only for the taste of our tongue it doesn't give our the health but the home food is the nutrition food which help us to grow and it requires our the many of proteins calcium and fat which gives our body the nutrition with our body needs so say no to the junk food and eat healthy home food and nowadays if we want to save we have to eat the home food to take up many nutritions
