Comparison of Punjab,Kerela and Bihar on the basis of percapita income,infant mortality rate and literacy rate.
In the case of Per capita income,Punjab has the highest per capita income,then followed by Kerela.The least per capita is of Bihar.
In case of infant mortality rate,Kerela has the least infant mortality rate than Punjab and Bihar .Bihar has high infant mortality rate.
In case of literacy rate , Kerela has high literacy rate ,then followed by Punjab and Bihar has the least literacy rate.
In case of net attendence ratio ,Kerela has good ratio than Punjab .Bihar is with least net attendence ratio.
In the four cases we saw that Punjab ,a state with high per capita income is lacking in basic healthcare facilities and thus has high infant mortality rate,less literacy rate and low net attendence ratio as compared to Kerela.
Kerela,inspite of having less per capita income,has shown a good progress in heath care facilities and thus has low infant mortality rate,high net attendence ratio and high literacy rate.
Bihar lacks in all the four factors may it be per capita income less ,literacy rate less,infant mortality rate high,net attendence ratio less.
Thus,from here we can conclude that , providing basic facilities for citizens are more necessary than per capita income .Per capita income is not only the factor to know the development.
