present perfect means the work has been done recently while present perfect continuous is use to express an action that begin sometime in a past and still is going on .

Present perfect tense : 1) I have cut my nose. 2) He has sent it. Perfect continous tense: 1) I have been giving money. 2) He has been running. 3) They have been watching movie. This is the difference between these tense. I hope that this answer is useful for you. Please like and follow me.
