Solid, liquid and gas are three states of matter.

SOLID has fixed shape and volume,LIQUID has no fixed shape but fixed volume. GAS has no fixed shape.

In SOLIDS the molecules are tightly packed whereas in GAS AND LIQUID they are loosely packed

2. We can touch solid and liquid but se van not touch gas( we can only feel gases)
3. Liquid and gases can flow but solid can not flow.
