area of rectangle a = l × b

= 4 × 5 =20

area of rectangle b = l × b

= 10 × 2 = 20

as well as you can see that the area of both rectangles are same that means their comparison result in same value .

now moving to see a perimeter comparison

perimeter of rectangle a = 2×( L + B )

2 × 9 = 18

perimeter of rectangle b = 2×( L + B )

2 × 12 = 24

as well as you can see that the perimeter of both rectangles are difference that means their comparison result in difference of 6 numbers .
