For 1st rectangle:-
  Sides = 29m , 2m
  As,
   Area of rectangle=product of adjacent sides
                             =29m*2m
                             =58m²
For 2nd rectangle:-
  Sides = 35m , 4m
  As,
   Area of rectangle=product of adjacent sides
                             =35m*4m
                             =140m²
Now,
   Area of 1st rectangle:Area of 2nd rectangle = 58 m² : 140 m²
                                                                        =  58 ÷ 140
                                                                        =  39/70
                                                                        =  39:70
