The Declaration of rights France states that men should be free and have equal rights as specified in article 1 of France constitution. All citizens are equal and can face the law in case of any dispute, and they have a right of participating in the legislature and finally no one should be arrested without a court order. On the contrary, the Indian fundamental rights of India are composed of major six fundamentals that protect its citizen. The reasons are quite similar to the to those of France since both of them play a role of protecting them
