Men has a simple digestion system but Cows has four chambered digestion system hence that enables cow to eat the food again and again when they feel hungry it also helps them to chewing the food partially and their diet is mostly depend on fresh green grass as humans diet is depend on proteins rich food mainly a wheat and all .

Humans have digestive system which digests our food within a correct time.
But cows eat the grass but it does not chew and it swallows .
Then while are free ( simply sitting time) they take the grass and chew them and swallow .
So their process of digestion will be taking more time to digest
