Organised sector refers to place work where terms of employment are regular. Working condition are governed by Factorize act , low , minimum wage act , payment of graduaty act , shops and establishment sact . Workers in such organization are regularly payed hand sum sallery. There is security of employment, paid leave, free gradually, provident fund etc.
Unorganized sector on the other hand has small and scattered units which are outside the control of the government. There are irregular and no wages, no paid holidays. Employment is not secured and the working condition are the health consuming. Labour is exported on wage basic and on time basis.
