- Employment terms are fixed & regular
- registered by the govt. & have to follow the rules & regulations .
- Fixed wages & work hours .
- Payment during leave & provident fund available .
- Workers enjoy the security of employment .
unorganised sector :-
- Small & scattered units .
- Rules & regulations exist , but are not followed properly as they are not under the govt.
- Low paid wages & no fixed work hours .
- No payment during leave & no provident fund available .
- No job security & workers can be asked to leave anytime without any reason .
