Organised sector :-

  • Employment terms are fixed & regular
  • registered by the govt. & have to follow the rules & regulations .
  • Fixed wages & work hours .
  • Payment during leave & provident fund available .
  • Workers enjoy the security of employment .

unorganised sector :-

  • Small & scattered units .
  • Rules & regulations exist , but are not followed properly as they are not under the govt.
  • Low paid wages & no fixed work hours .
  • No payment during leave & no provident fund available .
  • No job security & workers can be asked to leave anytime without any reason .
