To compare both the term, first we have to find there values,

∴ The value of first term is..

${(4 \times 10)}^{19} \\ \\ = {(40)}^{19}$

∴ The value of second term is..

${(5 \times 10)}^{19} \\ \\ = {(50)}^{19}$

Hence, the power of both the terms are same we will compare both the terms on the basis of there base.
