To compare both the term, first we have to find there values,

∴ The value of first term is..

{(4 \times 10)}^{19}  \\  \\  =  {(40)}^{19}

∴ The value of second term is..

 {(5 \times 10)}^{19}  \\  \\  =  {(50)}^{19}

Hence, the power of both the terms are same we will compare both the terms on the basis of there base.

∴40   \:    \boxed{ \green{<}} \:  50 \\  ∴  \red{\boxed{{(4 \times 10)}^{2}  \:   \boxed{ \green{< }} \:  {(5\times 10)}^{2} }}
