9. 12 upon 15 and 3 upon 5 cross multiplication 12×5=60 and 15×3=45. So 12 upon 15 is greater than 3 upon 5.

10. -7 upon 11 and -3 upon 4 cross multiplication

-7×4= -28 and 11×-3= -33. So -7 upon 11 is greater than -3 upon 4.
