Compare the following on the basis of stability.

If all Cl are replaced by -OH the the trend will be ..?

In the case of chlorine the order of stability is
2>1>3>4
And in case of OH the stability order is
Gauche (1)>2>3>4.
because in case of OH Gauche form is most stable due to H bonding at this position.
