Answer :-

 \sqrt[4]{8}  =   \sqrt{16 \times 8}  = 128 \\  \sqrt[5]{5}  =  \sqrt{25 \times 5}  = 125 \\  \sqrt[4]{8}  >  \sqrt[5]{5}
