all food contains large amount nutrients, carbohydrates, fat , vitamins, minerals such as : food component like rice , potatoes contains lot of glucose or starch which contains lot of carbohydrates

whereas fruits like orange, and guava vitamins, ghee or oily substances contains fat pulses or spruts contains lot of proteins roughage is very important for us it contains lot amount of water
