my grandparents now eat less food because they don't need to grow a lot but they need more protein. so i make them eat more protein food but less in amount. when i asked them they said that they ate more food than i ate now than means they had a lots of strength in their childhood but i don't have. another thing the olden days people ate meaningful and healthy foods but new generation kids eat unhealthy and junk food which results in over weight and diseases like diabetes etc. thin k this as my advice eat healthy food avoid junk food if you want to leave longer.
