Which food are more nutritious, sprouts or pulses?

Sprouts are definitely more nutritious than pulse. But sprouted pulse are the best. but there are very few people who talk about it. And this is due to following reasons.

Sprouts are technically pre-digested food. While sprouting, complex carbohydrate, protein and fats are broken down into simple sugars, amino acids and fatty acids. This predigested food can be easily absorbed by our body.

Sprouting also increase vitamin contents by up to 80 times. This helps in better digestion, assimilation and utilization of food. More over it also helps in burning calories.

Anti-nutrient which inhibit absorption of minerals from food are also reduced as a result of sprouting. This result in better absorption of iron and other minerals necessary for burning calories.
