Among these Chalk, Iron and rubber. Intermolecular force of attraction is more in the case of Iron, then rubber band and chalk has less intermolecular force of attraction among these.
The force of attraction depend on the intermolecular space between two molecules or particle. If intermolecular space is less, then substance is more strong or intermolecular force became strong. And if intermolecular space is more then substance is less strong or intermolecular force of attraction became less.
I hope this is helpful for you
