alveoli in lungs are tiny finger like projections which absorb the metabolism waste and make flowing blood pure

Kidneys

Kidneys have 1 million nephrons which secrete urine and convert urine into uric acid

sahil9858: nephron
prabhatgautam2003: That's not a function of Alveoli -(metabolism or flowing of blood! )

Alveoli are tiny knot like structures present in our lungs.

Nephrons are "Y"-shaped structures in kidneys.

Alveoli helps in the separation of oxygen from inhaled gases during respiration.

In the same manner,

Nephron helps in cleaning of dirty and used blood by separating urine from it.
