you answer 【 according to rules Rajya sabha house is more powerful because in matter or lok sabha ....lok sabha can be dissolved by president. but rajya sabha can't and lok sabha members can enjoy their place for 5 year also can dissoled before their 5 years complete but in case of rajya sabha members can ejoys their place for 6 years】
