A plain formed by deposition of silt at the mouth of a stream or by overflow   along the lower stream courses is know as delta
The fine sand particles brought by the wind gets deposited on large plains,as a result of which loess plains .They are usually found near deserts
However the similarities are
1)loes and deltas are formed naturally not by any human activity
2)they r for mostly by erosional agents like water and wind
3)Both take a long time to get formed.
4) They r formed by minute particles called silt
5)its just a gradual change not a fast change
6)Actually both r porous but in delta if we remove the organic content and water it will be similar to loess but not exactly as it is formed by water
7)both are formed by layers
and if u want the dissimilarity u have already got the answer by Aroy the(brainly teacher)
u can refer this document for more info on deltas

Delta is triangular shaped by rivers. Delta is created by river's mouth. Delata basically situated on low tides and coastal plains. Delta is a form of fertile lands. Ganga, Krishna, Kaveri are created form of Delta.

Loess plains are silt sized form, which is created by wind-dust blows. In our Earth 10% plains are created by wind-dust deposition. These lands are maximum in 20-50 size. It is a part of sand and silt equally.
