I have a doubt about this question.
We know that amoeba reproduces through binary fission. Even in the permanent slide, there is an amoeba with binary fission. I mean....this question is confusing. It's clearly telling to come a slide of amoeba reproducing through binary fission with another one. How should we compare it if it's the same kind of amoeba. I just don't get it.

Here is your answer...
Amoeba reproduce by the common asexual reproduction method called binary fission. After replicating its genetic material through mitotic division, the cell divides into two equal sized daughter cells. it corresponds to the separation of the daughter nuclei into two daughter cells.
