Pisces are have two classes i.e. Chondrichthyes and Osteichthyes.

Chondrichthyes are the marine animals with streamlined body, and Osteichthyes are both marine and fresh water fishes with bony endoskeleton.

Aves, commonly called as Birds are classified on the presence of feathers on their body and forelimbs modified into wings. While most of the birds can fly, there are some exceptions such as Emu, Ostrich, etc.

The skin cover of Pisces are generally tough and covered with placoid scales or cycloid scales. But, the skin cover of Aves is such that they are covered with feathers.

Chondichthyes do not have air bladder while Osteichthyes have air bladder which regulates buoyancy. Aves have Lungs for respiration.

Chondrichthyes and Osteichthyes both have two-chambered heart (one auricle and one ventricle). But, Aves have four-chambered heart like humans.

Chondrichthyes have internal fertilization, many of them are viviparous while Osteichthyes have external fertilization generally, mostly they are oviparous. But, in Aves, fertilization is internal, and are oviparous.

Examples of Pisces: Scoliodon, Carcharodon, Hippocampus, Labeo, Catla, etc.

Examples of Aves: Corvus, Columba, Pavo, etc.
