• Similarity- The central image of narrator's life in both the poems are Grandparents and parents respectively.
• Difference- As stated above, the first difference is the person, the poet is referring to. In "Climbing my Grandfather", the poem is about grandparents and in "Eden Rock", its about parents.
• "Eden rock" recalls the imaginative perfect picture of the family, "Climbing my Grandfather" actually shows us the struggle to maintain these bonds.
