The Model Which is currently is in use is the Neils Bohr Model

Electron - This have a negative charge and they are always revolving the nucleus of the atom in its Shells K,L,M,N Where They move from lower orbit to greater orbit or greater orbit to lower orbit.

Nuetron - This have a neutral charge and this is present in the centre of the atom or the nucleus of the atom where some mass is concentrated

Proton - This have a positive charge and this is present in the middle of the atom or the nucleus of the atom with Nuetron .
