Hi there,

Reproduction is a biological process for the development of a new organism from scratch. It results in the increase in number of population of organism. Whereas growth is the increase in mass and weight of the organism which results through the process of effective cell division. Reproduction is step one where as it is followed by growth.

I hope the answer is helpful.
