Compare the progress between Democratic country and dictatorship county?

in a democratic country people have their own
rice they can do whatever you want to do and their they have some basic fundamental rights provided by the constitution of that country.
democratic country has some basic fundamental rights as Right to vote right to education right to life etc.

whereas in a dictatorship there is only one ruler and people do not have their own choice you can do what they wanted to do and no one can question them. some of the examples of the dictation dictatorship countries are North Korea etc.
