electrons:-
1) present outside the nucleus.
2) negatively charged.
3) mass is negligible.

protons:-
1) present in the nucleus.
2) positively charged.
3) mass is 2000 times as mass of electrons.

neutrons:-
1) present in the nucleus.
2) it is neutral.
3) mass of neutron= mass of protons.

☺ Hello there!!

Refer the following ....

Protons :-Discovered by E. Goldstein, is a positively charged particle present in the nucleus of an atom. Due to which the nucleus is positively charged ( as nucleus only contains neutrons and protons and neutrons are neutral particles ). The atomic number of an element represents the number of protons present in the nucleus of an atom of that element. The atoms of different elements can or have different protons.

Electrons :-Discovered by J.J. Thomson, is a negatively charged particle that occupies a volume of space present in an atom. It moves around the nucleus in their fixed orbits. All atoms of an element have the same number of electrons in their shells. Electrons can be shared, transferred as well as gained between atoms.

Neutrons :-Discovered by James Chadwick, is a uncharged or neutral particle present in the nucleus of an atom. It is present in all atoms of all elements except for the one isotope of hydrogen i.e. Protium.

•Atoms have an equal number of protons and electrons; therefore, they have no net charge.
•For a given element, the mass number is the number of protonsand neutrons in the nucleus.

Hope Helped!! ☺
