i. Metals are highly malleable that is they can be easily hammered into thin sheets whereas non metals are non malleable. They can't be hammered into thin sheets.

ii. Metals can be drawn into thin wires they have high tensile strength whereas non metals are brittle.

iii. Metals are generally good conductor of heat as well as electricity . But non metals are poor conductors of heat and electricity, but there is an exception graphite is a nonmetal but it is a good conductor of electricity.
