Compare the rate of diffusion of liquids and solids with reason.​

Liquids have high rate of diffusion than that of solids.

Reason :

Solids are having a strong cohesive force than that of liquids. That's why solids take a long time to loose the inter particular force and get diffuse while the liquids are already having very less inter particular force among their particles so they can easily get diffused.

For example - While preparing the lemonade we see that the lemon juice gets mixed easily while the sugar crystals take a lot of time.
