Rates of diffusion are inversely proportional to the molecular mass.

1) H2 Molecular mass is 2

   D2 molecular mass is 4

So, Rate  Of Diffusion of H2 > Rate  Of Diffusion of H2

2) CH4 Molecular mass is 16

    He Molecular mass is 4

So , Rate  Of Diffusion of He > Rate  Of Diffusion of CH4

3)SF6 Molecular mass is 146

   SO2 Molecular mass is 64

So, Rate  Of Diffusion of SF6 > Rate  Of Diffusion of SO2
