When we will go to compare the reactivity of Potassium and irons towards water , first of all it would be the

•Potassium reacts more vigourously and explosively with water while sodium reacts less violently with water when compared to potassium.

•In human body blood play a vital role and in blood there is a important role of water and there pottasium and sodium plays a vital role ,so the reactivity of iron and pottasium is important for blood and here iron's reactivity is more because it plays a vital role in hemoglobin. But in hemoglobin there is not any role of sodium.
