Compare the Revenue system of mughals and the british

The revenue collected by the Mughals was used for the welfare of India,whereas the revenue collected by the Britishers was used for the welfare of England.
The revenue system of the Mughals was same for all i.e,there was no discrimination but during the time of British rule in India there was plenty of discrimination  between the Indians and the English.
