5 Types of Communication.
1) Verbal Communication.
→ Verbal communication is the use of sounds and words to express yourself, especially in contrast to using gestures or mannerisms (non-verbal communication). An example of verbal communication is saying “No” when someone asks you to do something you don't want to do.
2) Non-verbal / Interpersonal communication.
→Nonverbal communication is the transmission of messages or signals through a nonverbal platform such as eye contact, facial expressions, gestures, posture, and the distance between two individuals.
3) Written Communications.
→A 'Written Communication' means the sending of messages, orders or instructions in writing through letters, circulars, manuals, reports, telegrams, office memos, bulletins, etc.
4) Formal &Informal.
→ Formal communication uses the formal communication channels of an organization. Formal communication can flow both vertically and horizontally. Informal communication, on the other hand, involves unsanctioned informal communications between organizational members and can flow in any direction.
5) Visual Communication
