We know Time period = 2\pi \\\sqrt{\frac{L}{g} }

For L=4m : T₁=2\pi \\\sqrt{\frac{4}{g} }

For L=16m : T₂=2\pi\sqrt{\frac{16}{g} }

Ratio of T₁ / T₂ :

= \sqrt{\frac{4}{16} }

= \frac{1}{2}

⇒ T₂=2T₁
