Two function of the national and provincial Government:

Provinces are answerable for social services like education, health and social development, economic functions like agriculture and road.

NATIONAL GOVERNMENT:

  • It creates the "legislation, and form judicial branch", that improvise the "system of control" and other "national programs".
  • Secondly, it divides the power between the "states and federal government".

PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT:

  • It is responsible for the "legislature, provincial treasury, local government" and "human settlements" and secondly.
  • It is responsible for social services like "education, health" and "social development and economic functions" like agriculture and roads.
